When Shad was the owner of MLS and the ONE keeping this site running, I believe he felt that he "owed" it to us to keep this "family" together.
Under the "stewardship" of this NEW owner, we are a very small cog in a very large wheel. There is really no priority to get this thing fixed. Frankly, there are quite a few members on this site that could have this fixed very quickly. I think the trouble started many months ago when we were all told to "reset" our passwords because of the so-called breach.
In other words, "Don't hold your breath".![]()
The problem is that apparently this is the third time the ticket has been bumped, some of us can't to a dam thing not just on this site but on any of the other sites we also frequent. I haven't been able to help several others on several threads because all my history in pictures have been lost. Its getting on a month now and I am having to look the prospect of recreating my photo hosting on another location because I am not willing to just sit around for six months twiddling my thumbs waiting for the techs here to finally get around to resolving this.Hey guys,
I understand your frustration, and your concern about the issues not being tackled in a timely fashion.
Please understand we have many sites that we watch over, we do not tackle tickets in a "priority" fashion. It's first in first out. And the Tech team is working on this issue, and looking into it as quickly as they can.
