Can't access my 1st Class web space

Alright guys. Trying to figure out what parts of this issue are ongoing and what parts have been fixed. Getting mixed reports on both ends.

Can everyone still access 1st class?

If yes, are you able to upload new images?

And if you still have broken, older images in threads, link the thread to us, and we can try and retrieve the images if we can

Where are my $%#^&% pictures??? its been over six months and you bozos are still jerking off around this. My files are STILL missing, my access is STILL missing, I am out of patience and tolerance with your ineptitude.

The new twist is getting a new admin replying each time, but no answers or progress on the lost files. Since it's clear they are gone, why can't someone just say it and close the subject? Oh well, what would it accomplish anyway? I guess they could lock the thread and be over with it.

I am able to upload, delete and otherwise access the files I am concerned about. I have to do it via mounting my webspace as a drive in Windows 10. The original EASY method of access is probably still broken... I haven't tried it lately, since I have a method that USUALLY works... at least it worked a couple of days ago.

I am sure there are people that do not have the patience or knowledge to do it the way I do and would prefer the return of the original method (a web page that they would log-into and had links for uploading and deleting files and folders).

I am in the throes of trying to finish my novel and get the government copyright office to approve my application (they are dumber than this fiasco with you, but they have the excuse of being government employees) and I am running thin on patience of having to supply you with the symptoms of this asinine problem.

I sent the following to "Natalie" back in February 2017... I am assuming that what was broken then is still broken...

Aside from the loss of the original method to access the 1st class storage space a long time ago and members having to be tutored in how to do FTP access, and aside from the debacle over this last weekend when EVERYBODY lost access to the 1st class storage space by any means at all, presently we are back to the main problem... that being the loss of data by any 1st class member whose user ID begins with the letter "T" through "Z".

A quick calculation on my part shows that there are over 1380 members with user names that fall in those categories. Granted, not all of those members are "1st class" members, and not all of the 1st class members made use of the 1st class storage space, but those that did lose data were devastated by the loss.

Well, I fired up an old computer today (WinXP) and found it had remembered the 1stclass Network Place. So I connected, entered my password, and poked around. I uploaded a file to one of my directories (!!)
Then I switched to my new laptop and ran CuteFTP and managed to both download and upload a different file.

Is the file upload/download problem fixed ?

Edit: Still no dedicated web interface (1stclass.mylargescale.com).
