I get an error message, ...not authorized." My 1st class renewal, 2 year membership, was done on 11/3/2015 - per receipt. What's up?

Actually, the problem was not fully resolved since the link to members 1st Class Space is missing for some and broken for everyone.Natalie

I am not aware of any admin acknowledgment of the problem or the repair

I am able to upload, delete and otherwise access the files I am concerned about. I have to do it via mounting my webspace as a drive in Windows 10. The original EASY method of access is probably still broken... I haven't tried it lately, since I have a method that USUALLY works... at least it worked a couple of days ago.Alright guys. Trying to figure out what parts of this issue are ongoing and what parts have been fixed. Getting mixed reports on both ends.
Can everyone still access 1st class?
If yes, are you able to upload new images?
And if you still have broken, older images in threads, link the thread to us, and we can try and retrieve the images if we can
