HI,
I was forced (by swmbo) to clean up my work area and in the process found some parts to a steam dummy I started ages ago, so of course cleaning stopped and work started again on this halted project/DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/mls/emoticons/hehe.gif.
I am building it out of wood and started cutting out the windows, but quickly got bored with this task. I only have hand tools to use (I have a dremel knock off that I can't ever get to work right - so it stays in the box).
Is there a fast, better way to cut out windows than to rough cut out the middle and then just file until they look straight? Or is this going to take forever?
thanks,
Matt

You do what I do -and CHEAT!!!

The actual "squareness" of the window is down to the frame that you fit into the hole. So, if the flange around the frame is "square" this is what the eye sees regardless of the cutting out of the hole.
