I always feel this notice should be in the Indoor Railways forum but anyway....
Hi all
It’s been a little while. Summer activities have been a lot more ‘active’ than in past years so very little work has been done on the Winter Valley apart from building a new NAR boxcar and painting an engine for a friend. That, and scenicing 6 or 8 HO modules and wiring and laying track on 14 G scale modules.
So What’s New? Check out http://wvrr.ca/new.htm if you have time. I thought it might be opportune to offer a bird's eye view of the layout rather than a series of small vignetts as is usually the case. This will give viewers more or less the same, larger perspective that visitors get when they join us down here.
And it’s been a busy summer for that too. Over 60 families have signed in since May. I’ve even had to install my own extension to the central vac just to keep McLeod’s dust/hair bunnies under control. No need to frighten off the guests.
Have fun. I hope you can take away a few ideas of your own.
Dave
