Witch Hazel in bloom = 10% spring, 90% winter (mid February)
Snowdrops in bloom = 30% spring, 70% winter (March) (this is where we are right now)
Daffodils in bloom = 50/50. (April)
The trees leaf out, True Spring has arrived. (May)
