I suggest you should look on Ebay, under the Heading " Accucraft BMS ". Make sure to have the search tab include the " Worldwide " option to show items from overseas. I have found that this is where the listing for W&L cars and 1/19th scale stock is placed. I have managed to acquire a few pieces from the listings in Ebay. The bidding has gotten pretty serious pricewise in the last 6 months, I have been outbid a few times and the shipping is expensive on top of a winning bid.
