The yellow is possibly Aspen Gold, if you're trying to paint match USA Trains paint you'll probably have to mix paint.
Tru-Color has railroad colors Tru-Color Paint | When You Need Tru-Color and Badger Paints.

I've tried to "match paint color" on several G scale diesel projects.
In each case, it goes like this:
Find a small piece of the locomotive that can be removed, a detail part, with the desired color.
Take the piece to: Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Tractor Supply, Ace Hardware. And if all else fails, an Auto parts store. Buy one to five cans of spray paint until you find the match. In my experience, never use Rustoleum, Krylon is the best. My latest project, multiple paint attempts:

It's been my experience that a lot of model train colours are not always correct, so commercially available paints will not match, and if you are indeed in Ireland, not sure if you will have access to any anyway!
As Scot suggests, probably try to find a paint store that can match it with a machine, although that is not necessarily perfect anyway!

Before you put the blame on Rustoleum, I think that will find the instructions say apply second coat within 1 hour or after 48 hours.
You said that you applied a second coat after 24 hours!
I normally leave any spray painted parts for a whole week, just to be sure, as one can never be sure if it is thicker than it should be after the first coat.
Anyway, what a great project, well done.
I hope that when people see the locos that they can appreciate just how much effort you put into them.
