I have to agree with tac. I have dealt with Cliff a half dozen times for lodt parts (my BAD), broken parts (also my BAD) and just some general help. He ALWAYS goes out of his way to please. Just last week I was changing out the standard wheels on a J&S coach. Two very small screws shot across the dhop and never seen again! I e-mailed Cliff and he IMMEDIATELY called back and verified what I needed and said they would be sent that afternoon.The shipment arrived a day and a half later! No chatge for the parts and NO CHARGE for shipping. This is not the first time he has done this for me..

Great guy and great customer support for their products.
