I don't speak German either, but the local news guy reporting on the story said something about a test to demonstrate what happens when you don't vent a tank to the air when unloading it. So, I assume they put it under vacuum and it collapsed./DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/mls/emoticons/pinch.gif

Or what happens when you steam clean the interior then seal it up unvented when its still hot inside, it cools, the air inside becomes less dense than the air outside and kaboom!/DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/mls/emoticons/crazy.gif

The vacuum is formed simply by opening the drain valve without opening a vent on the top to let air in as the liquid escapes. Aint it FUN!
