Hello, I have seen track with a area inn the middle for a gear. The train has a gear on the bottom. Is this a viable solution for steep ihclines? Thank You

LGB 2046 is by far the most available rack locomotive available today. It's a model of a swiss electric locomotive.
Works with LGB and trainli rack you add to the track. There are steam engine models too but at least twice as expensive as 2046.
