Mike,

The Train Department website says March ETA, but Argyle says mid-2023, Garden Railways Limited says May/June and Regner themselves said the first orders should be available the beginning of summer.

Roger,

I have about 18 first orders, I should have my 1st batch here in 2-3 weeks. I have a sample model here now which is production .

Thanks for the update Jay, looks like its gonna be a really nice model. Should be another good way for folks to dabble in 7/8ths scale that might have height issues on other engines fitting thru bridges and such on established railways.

Who is going to make one for the TTD/Bowande loco? Std gauge in 7/8ths scale = 4.125" gauge?
The prototype carrier for the Guinness locos was built to Irish broad gauge, 5' 3". So in 7/8"=1' scale, that would be 4.6". Close enough to the established ride-behind gauge of 4 3/4", perhaps?
