Who is going to make one for the TTD/Bowande loco? Std gauge in 7/8ths scale = 4.125" gauge?

Oops. I looked it up. Irish standard gauge in the Brewery = 5ft. 3in. So that's 4.6" gauge for the std gauge/Std gauge in 7/8ths scale = 4.125" gauge?
