Hey,

I am actually in the process of getting an outdoor club track approved over at Tradewinds and Atlantic Railroad. They have the funding and told me that didn't want to build a track just for me (5 members of TARR have Gscale though).
I did fine the old friends and family club founders and got them together recently to talk about a club track, got 4 good guys so far (with way more engines/cars that they know what to do with), always looking for more. This track will get built! just a matter of time. (shooting for an all stainless steel 2 track 2000+ foot run with minimal diameter curves at 20' so we can open up our engines and let them breathe (run 50-100 car trains), Live steam and electric.

The club that im talking about (I just redid there website, and it got nominated on discover live steam) http://www.livesteamers.org

and my posting about finding club members is here. http://www.mylargescale.com/Community/Forums/tabid/56/forumid/12/postid/16959/view/topic/Default.aspx.

If you interested I can invite you out to one of our run days (we have a small gscale track I built there for the kids to watch while there waiting to board the ride on scale)

If you build it, they will come!
