Hi all,
I have it in my mind to build a backwoods logging type loco and right now I am hung up on how to build a smoke box door. I would like to avoid building it out of plastic, would prefer brass or some other metal. Does anybody have any tips/examples of how to build one? Are there any companies that sell them? Are there any companies that sell most of the parts needed to build one? I would be lazy and just buy a ruby somebox door but couldn't find them listed on accucraft's website.
