the SIG website is back in business http://www.steamup.info/

All input will be done by Ron.

Sir, I write on the SIG website, and I assure you it has nothing whatsoever to do with steam trains.

ah..I get it now!
I think TAC fully understood the original post! ;)

but apparently there is another "SIG website"..which apparently has something to do with guns..

to keep it clear, we should probably refer to Ron's page as the "SitG website"!
although I dont think anyone, (except Tac!) ;) would really care if it was called, unofficially just here on MLS, the SIG website..

Just got a note from Ron, it is a functional site again to enjoy a chat about the hobby of steam...

Dwight, Ron had shut down the site a while back. Too many problems with fake members peddling their porn web sites. I guess eliminating the forum is one way to solve that problem.

Good to have the SIG website back, that sigforum looks pretty scary with posts such as 'Anyone else get a nice knife for Christmas' on it.

If reading the word 'knife' upsets, you perhaps you'd better go lie down.

As it happens, I got a VERY nice knife for Christmas, a Gerber folder for patch-cutting [I shoot black powder rifles as well].

Sorry, if the word 'rifle' might have upset you, but hey, these are hard times for everybody,eh?
