One thing you need to understand.

Everything you ever learned about posting photos on other sites?

Forget all of them cause they don't work here.

that 'horse is dead', lets try and be constructive

Big Red you're link seems incomplete? its doesn't end in a .jpg assuming you were linking to a picture?

Have a read of the FAQs, this may help you learn how to post pictures, or maybe you have seen this before.

Hope you have some better luck

This works about as well as running a Big Boy on the Moon! :(

The photo is saved on my PC as a .jpg; I loaded it to my profile (same as my user icon and signature) and it says .jpg

Yet when I paste it all I get is the text.

That link works. If you want to embed the image you need to insert the picture, not just copy and past.

Red1, I pasted your link into my browser and saw a picture of a kit. If you want to post pictures of your projects here on MLS upgrade to first class. Posting pictures then is easy. Chuck

Photo Posting for Dummies.

1. Open and account at Photobucket.com (free)

2. Upload your desired pictures.

3. Resize on Photobucket 640 x480 is a good fit.

4. On "Links" select HTML just click on it and it copies it.

5. Paste that on your post where you want the picture to show up. The picture will not show up until you actually post it.

Really that is pretty easy.
