Essentially, I need to know if the D&RGW Forney (#25251) was made in Germany or China? Can anybody help?

Just went down to the shop, gently turned it belly up, and on the bottom of the firebox, it states, "made in China". I had suspected as much, since it was priced considerably lower than previous Forney versions, but hadn't really given it a second thought. I can say, though, after having been through it quite thoroughly during my rebuild, that you'd be hard pressed to find anything that looks different than what you'd find on the German models. It's a very robust little locomotive!
