Mysterious Car appears on the Spring Creek RR

Spring Creek RR authorities are puzzled about the sudden appearance of a strange boxcar today. It was apparently left on the siding overnight by some train. No one seems to be able to find out anything about 'NORTH TABLE CREEK' Grain Services. Monday, a call will be made to the National RR Board to see if anyone knows anything about this.

Don't move it until the car knockers have a chance to look it over.
Probably bad-ordered.
I do see a defective coupler.
At least the air hose seems to have been cut off.
Probably flagged "end of train only" somewhere.....

Now we know there are at least two of these: KS and NE.

looks like not incompetence with the side ladder also. Got to get the FRA car knocker out to inspect be fore it gets moved. May have to fine the present RR for allowing the inter change of the car. Later RJD
