Jphn, I use the ground throw switches from Sunset Valley and find them very easy to use. My only problem is the wires dissappear from lugging the track around and I end up replacing them.

Ok I got this smoking deal on # 6 Aristo switch tacks at TBS. They came with Aristo manual throws.
Whom is using the Aristo manual switch track throws? Are they ok?
