would like to purchase Canadian Pacific hudson and passenger cars will buy separate items
Simon,I presume these were an earlier series than the Royal Hudsons?
We should perhaps clear a few things up - to my knowledge, no manufacturer has ever made an electrically-powered Gauge 1 Hudson in CPR livery. So, 'few and far between' indeed.I am looking for an electric as this is an indoor application. I was looking for a 444 Chinook CP train but I do not think one was ever made. A Hudson with DCC and sound would be preferred but they a few and far between I am still hopeful. The cars I was thinking of would be the Aristcraft pullmans. I might just have to settle on a mikato 262 or 462. Train guys just do not part with there babies. Does anyone know of a model kit that could be purchased I might have to build it from the ground up. I do have access to 3D printer Thoughts
Here is my CPR Jubilee:I recall that the 4-4-4 CPR locomotive was known as the 'Jubilee', but I might be mistaken there. No models were ever mass-produced in large scale, although they may have been made in limited numbers by the old Japanese or Korean brass model makers.
Elegance in action! What a beauty!Well, since we are looking at Jubilee class locos and the Chinook, here is my Gauge 1 Canadian Pacific class F2a number 3000 running in my garden.
This loco is live steam and was built by Paul Huntington in 2006, and I feel very fortunate to have the model in my collection.
The 'actual' Chinook loco was number 3001 and ran the fast intercity train between Calgary and Edmonton.
This class of loco had 80 inch driving wheels, so was designed for speed.
Cheers,

Pacific = 4-6-2. Hudson = 4-6-4.My buddies train is a Aristo-Craft 21416 G Canadian National 4-6-2 Pacific Steam Loco & Tender. I thought it was a Hudson.
