Looking for axle pump and tender mods for an origins Aster Mikado.

Did you try Aster as a last resort? I just requested an ashpan cover for my U1 and believe it or not they had one. Cost a few yen to get it here but maybe you try that if no one has one here.

I second that. Ryan (Triple R Services) can check with the factory. They managed to offer me the glass front for a #22 gas tank!

I also highly recommend an email or phone call to Ryan at Triple R. Might take a bit of time to get it from Japan, but you will have the right parts to help maintain the value of the model. The USRA light Mikado is on my wish list to turn into a NKP 587.
