I have an LGB F7 that has some stripped gears and a dead motor. Has anyone used an Aristo-Craft or USA F3 motor block as a replacement, or know where to get replacement gears and motors for less than $50?

Your best bet is the F7 motor block kit which will give you 2 complete motor blocks. Of course this has a street price around $130 if you can find one.

65057 is the LGB number.

That would work, but for that much I could just by a locomotive that has plenty of parts available…… Is there any fixes that do not break the bank?/DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/mls/emoticons/unsure.gif
