Looking for information on a G-Scale club in or around the Sugar Land area.
Heck at this point I would be thrilled to just find someone else locally that is into the hobby that I can bounce ideas off of.

Best wishes to you all.

The main G scale club in the Houston area is here:

http://www.aabp.com/hagg.htm

The club was formed in 1987 and draws membership from the greater Houston area. They meet the second Sunday of each month at a members home or at their club layout in Macy's at Northwest Mall, hwy290 and 610 loop from 2-5PM. The club layout is open every Saturday. You can email the president, Chuck Blumentritt(phone 281-550-8679) at [email protected]. The next meeting is at Wayne Meyers, 18515 Point Lookout Dr., Nassau Bay, Texas 77058, phone 281-333-2476 September 14th from 2-5PM.

There is a live steam group attached to HAGGS here:

http://www.aabp.com/hssls.htm This web site has not been updated since 2000. It is very informal and currently I just keep an up to date email list to notify members. There are no dues for this group. It's next get together is at the Houtson Area Live Steamers club at Zube park over Labor Day weekend. http://www.hals.org/
