According to Cliff, they are on the water and will need to pass through customs. Delivery is scheduled to begin in late May/early June if all goes well.

I've seen the prototype run. 
Cliff had it in AZ. It pulled 3 AMS passenger cars around Bob's track without breaking a sweat. Gorgeous loco!

Should be noted that the prototype is the electric version and LS has not been completed and sent yet.
I don't know where you got that info Jason, but it isn't correct. The live steam 4-4-0 is what ran in AZ, and I've also seen it a couple of times at Accucraft in Union City. Are we talking about the same thing?
