  I just tried and didn't have a problem downloading the video.  Here is the direct link:

  It is a large file and takes a little while to download even on high speed internet.

I just tried and got the page not found too.
 
At first I thought it might be that Tac uses a Mac - I believe?

Maybe the semicolon is too close to the address in the message?
