Getting back on board

I have gone the rounds two times trying to re-establish my membership. I finally have had to start all over and give a totally new user name. I suspect that each time I tried variations on my original name (dale007), they were stored and thereafter listed as existing names and not available to me. Very frustrating. Hope I am the only one with this problem, as I suspect many would give up and drop the web site. Sincerely, Dale007
