Not an antique, and certainly does not look like a live steam operational engine, another ebayer asked if it is operational and the answer provided does not answer the question. Looks like a foriegn seller with very poor english skills which will certainly result in negative feedback due to buyers not getting what is described.

I guess the seller DOESN'T know the difference between a steam LOCOMOTIVE & an early steam-pumper, horse-drawn FIRE ENGINE./DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/mls/emoticons/blink.gif Obviously designed as a "mantle decoration"!/DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/mls/emoticons/tongue.gif It appears the seller may be a BRAND-NEW eBayer /DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/mls/emoticons/ermm.gif (note ZERO /DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/mls/emoticons/crazy.gif feedback!). While I don't wish them ill, I feel the seller may be WAY /DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/mls/emoticons/whistling.gif in over his / her head trying to sell something like this INTERNATIONALLY , especially with limited English skills. Be interesting to see how this goes. /DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/mls/emoticons/satisfied.gif
This person isn't the ONLY confused seller pushing "live steam"/DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/mls/emoticons/doze.gif - here's a few OTHER listings under that category!/DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/mls/emoticons/plain.gif

These models are available from stores like Homegoods or Marshalls here in the states. They are a crude model to say the least, the paint and detail are very bad. But for somethign that is made to look old and be on a shelf 5 feet away they look ok.

The prices are very good compared to the price of them in a store. Usually running about 16-25.00 depending on the model.
