I'm working on a project to add some custom lettering to a Bachmann pullman car and I used 91% Isopropyl alcohol to remove some custom graphics on the sides of the car. That worked great but somehow during the process some of the alcohol got on the roof and left white streaks. Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how I can remove the streaks? If not, can I repaint the roof with black spray paint without it looking terrible? Any tips for that would be appreciated as well!

Is the roof painted or is that the natural color of the plastic?

if it is painted, then re-paint... if it was the color as cast, Armorall has restored the black in other cases, and sometimes works on paint, have used to restore faded red on some locos.
Since it is an inexpensive car, just repaint, and if it does not match the other cars, paint their roofs also.
