All of us are aware of the climate situation, the hazards set forth by the hands of man regarding the past fires in the Land of Oz. Recently, a second round has flared up and a good friend of our steam community is on the battle front this time. Gordon Watson indicated that the present fire line is just down the road which is the last defense of his property that otherwise it is directly in the path of the on coming fire. I hope to hear from him again letting all of us know that the danger has past.

Charles , We are ok..mondays fire was halted at Hallam rd..water bombing and awindchange helped..Tomorrows forecast is a bit concerning , another High temp day with wind.. but Iahave afeeling the worst is over.
