Ok, I've uploaded a new avatar pic and it shows up in my profile, but when I got to my posts I still see the old one, BUT I just got a PM that someone reconginzed the new avatar. Anyone know what's going on?

I've logged out, closed my internet explorer window, resized it even smaller, reloaded the avatar... Just can't figure it out.

Your web browser probably has the old one cached. It uses the same filename.... Hold down the shift key while you refresh the page and the new one should load.
