Man ... that actually looks great! I am kind of ... amazed. Besides the fact that it is looking great, it must actually provide great protection to the roof and the house. However I guess there is a great downside to it, I think you have to clean it really often, and I do not really think that it is easy to clean this kind of material. I am actually looking to renovate my house, and I am also thinking about changing the roof coating. I will ask the specialists from Roof Repairs for a good material, as they are going to repair and mount it.

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner but I just now noticed this post. You ask about cleaning the roof, the answer is I don't. My house has a concrete tile the roof which I installed 35 years ago when I built the house. It has never been cleaned, the rain takes care of that. Good luck with your new roof.
