Pat,as I have Told Terry.Our Club is a 100% NMRA CLUB.Each Member has to be a NMRA Member First,Than be a Michigan Small Scale Live Steamer.With us being a 100% NMRA CLUB WE HAVE A $1,000,000.00 Dollar Liability Policy from NMRA for each Steamup.They give us a Policy for us and for who ever We have the steamup for.This is the only way to go.
