Just a thought, have you slightly changed your name etc, in your profile, and re-sync'ed the system? That is what Shad said needed to be done, then you need to wait a couple of hours to allow it to work.
I have just tried mine (which has been done) and that works OK.

I visited Andre' Schofield up in Minnesota the week after the 4th of July and told him about you up in the Sioux City area. He said we should get together some time. He is a member here and has a nice layout above his garage. I enjoyed the visit.
* Go to your MLS Account Profile, by clicking the Manage Account menu item on the Members menu.
* Make a change in the First Name: or Last Name: fields
* Then click the Update link at the bottom of the screen
* Then wait for a while (about 2 hours) and try to access your 1st Class web space.
* Remember however, that the SYNC process is only run once every two hours so give it a chance to do its job.
