Buffalo Central Terminal?

The Buffalo Central terminal is in the middle of now where in terms of Buffalo proper. It's sited in a heavy residential secion that is run down and nto a very desirable place to live anymore. It is near NO shopping and near no other "services". Not even the trains go by there much anymore! Well the passenger trains don't. This is clear case of BAD location. It's toof ar from downtown and toof ar from the major shopping centers to do anyone any good. It's a HUGE building and as such it is a drain on tiself. No matter what is held there the cost to run the building is higher than the rents gained. It is a really beautiful building but logistically it's a nightmare!
