CA works ok, but for the clear lenses I tend to use GS-HYPO Watch crystal cement. It is a non-clouding formula and retains some malleability for mistakes, plus it is a whole lot easier to clean up should it end up in the wrong spot. It's used in the jewerley industry to affix watch crystals and other jewels in those ornate arrangements.
