Pretty sure they are both about 1.8" tread diameter.
The rogers is pretty close to 2" flange OD.
I would guess the LGB is a tad more (being a leader in shiney flange).
Sorry I can't do any precise measurements at the moment.
I put two wheels together and noticed there is only a whisker of difference between the two flanges.
The LGB flange is larger but appears even more larger because the polished flat part of the flange reflects the light a lot more.
The Rogers tread is more tapered than the LGB.
