I know this belongs in the Power & Sound Forums but I need an answer quickly. In the Aristocraft Dash 9, I removed the jumper bar that is in the DCC board and need to reinstall it. Does it make a difference which way it is installed? It looks to be symmertical to me. Thanks

If you mean the 12-pin dummy plug for track power, there should be a triangle and the number 1 on one end indicating pin 1.

If this was your socket, pin 1 would be the on the bottom.

Here is the 75 MHz receiver installed. Pin 1 is the black wire, red is 12.

It should not make a difference if it is the same as other A-C diesels. The plug joins pins 1 & 2 (track power right side), 3 (motor tabs right side) and 4 (front lights) together, as well as, pins 9 (rear lights), 10 (motor tabs left side), 11 & 12 (track power left side) together.

Nope. It's symetrical and goes in either way.
