Have one...would NEVER buy another, even for bashing fodder. Mechanism is a copy of the LGB Mogul drive (not exact) done with poorer quality plastic. Plastic cracks, smoker burns out FAST, sound goes bad. If they'd done this one right, they would have had a real winner on their hands...but they didn't.
Save your money for a recent Bachmann ten-wheeler, a fantastic deal by comparison.

PS. Here's a bash I did of one of these when it first came out and the cracks hadn't started in the drive unit. It'll give you a little idea of what these locos are like.
