I think I got it ! Amazing how simple things are when you finally figure them out  /DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/mls/emoticons/shocked.gif   Found the little box in my website that allows you to copy the URL for a photo instead of typing it out. There may be hope for me yet.

Most pictures can be copied from any web site by right clicking on it.
A drop down menu should appear with “Properties” at the bottom.
Left click on “Properties” and information about the picture will be displayed including the URL.
The URL can be highlighted and copied using the right click menu.
 
As an example, I copied the URL from the picture you posted above and used the MLS picture icon to post it.
 

 
There are courtesies that have to be followed however. You should never copy a picture to a busy forum like this from someone else’s web site as it increases their band width usage. My bad!  Nor should you copy pictures with copyright notices without the owner’s permission. Pictures copied from commercial sites are usually OK, because they help advertise their products. I usually include a link to their web site so people can browse their products catalog.
