i presume this was a used mogul?

i have had no issues with my 4-some of which are 20+

basic wear out items on these are idlers, shoes, brushes, connecting wires (pull out by plug and not by wires)

and motors-but i know you know this


if it needs an overhaul with other worn items i strongly suggest you send it to lgboa and expect it returned late summer-avoid the xams rush!!!

but they do great work

a suggestion- depending on the year -a little added weight in the tender can aid somewhat in backing longer trains

i guess some of the lgb locos dont have the qc as they once did
