Larry Mosher played host again to another run day last Sunday. The days running started at 8am and went till about 2pm.
Larry installed a new Y switch set up so trains leaving the Salem yard can go north or west. Now trains with trackage rights can leave the yard without having to reverse directions further up the line.

Pond water lilies in bloom - more opened as the sun rose.
Dave Hazel was the engineer of record for the PDLX (Paul David Leasing Company) which runs the SD-40-2’s as motive power (ex Black Cats of the old Cape Ann Transportation) However his uncle Paul’s voice could be heard over the radio complaining about how his driving wasn’t very fuel efficient. Now you know why engineers hate GPS systems.
