Ray.... In the photo below, you'll see where the pivot points have been placed. I countersunk a 6/32 flat head screw into the 1/8 piece of plastic and put a 6/32 nut on the top to hold it tight. There is a plate in the bottom of the locomotive that has holes drilled just the size of the nut. After the plate is placed over the nut, I place a small #6 flat washer on the nut and put another nut on top of the washer. There is enough play in the pivot points that each truck can swivel as the locomotive enters a curve. It's been kind of a standard procedure for me with these trucks.
