Dear all

We have made 2 small youtoube films today. This will give you an idea of how much track there have been laid since last time.
In both films a Aster Schools Class pull the camera-waggon.
The layout is not totally finished, and we still have a few bumps on the tracks. We hope to fix them, when the weather improves.
Moreover the frost makes the engine spin from time to time.
The films shows the general layout, and you can easy follow our idea behind the design.

There are 2 testruns

1. (Highspeed run, 4 min): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmfFVotl1SU&feature=channel_pagehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QbRGBmNDol8

2. (Slow 7 min): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuweDJ5do58&feature=channel_page

If you have any comments to the film or good advice regarding the final phases in the construction. Please drop me a line.
All imputs are very welcome.

Best Regards

David,VERY IMPRESSIVE layout!
- For the length of track involved, it looks as though your trackwork is actually very smooth.
(The high speed in the first video will naturally exaggerate any rough spots
in the trackwork.) Given that this is located on the grounds of a hotel, is this a club layout
Looks like you've got a GREAT railroad in the making!

Dear All

Thanks for the comments

Tom, The layout is build by my dad and I. There is aprox. 10-15 people running gauge 1/G scale live steam here in Denmark, so there is no Club
. But the track is open for everyone who wants to have a place to run their engines. We dont care if its 1:20, 1:29 or 1:32. Running is free. No fees etc. Just call us in advance or send a e-mail.
You are naturally very welcome to come, just bring your own engine.

Gibs, Thankyou for pointing out the 2008......
Ups!. Anyway I have uploaded 2 new videos where it is fixed. Your S-2 is most welcome. We dont se that around here.

Leon, Thanks There is something rewarding freezing in the cold winter when you first se the plume.

Some people have had problems seeing the youtube feeds, so I have uploaded 2 wmv-files on the our website. Here the quality is slightly better.
