Most of my Engines are are Big Haulers, they run fine, yes the Annie's have more detail. One I got on E-bay was the Emmett Kelly Circus (this is their old circus train) and it does run as promised, but it has poor sound and does not seam to have the pulling other of my other Big Haulers. Thought it ......

There are several that will work, I use Bachman's and LGB's, both take the 4' turns easily. Another company that does a great job is Hartland (http://www.h-l-w.com) as well as Aristo-Crafts Egg Liners.If you are looking for a more prototypical looking engine Aristo-Craft makes a great looking Rodger......

I have the orange BTE on my track, I run a Bachmann big haller, I
have tried it up to 30 feet and it seems to work from that range, even
when I am inside my house looking out the window. It does appear to
take about 1 to 2 sec though for the emergency stop to take effect, not
sure why that is, b......

The GLR (Grandpa's Little Railway) got it's 1st run on it's new track today, I had learned that I am not much of a gardener, at least not yet, so. I moved the GLR off the ground to an elevated platform. And since I am in a what would seam to be a permanent financial pinch I am building it in phases.......

The thing that hurts me the most is those that would rather say it was a conspiracy, no mater which way tyou slice it it was an attack, and I for one think we are taking the correct action. The visions of that attack will never be forgotten, neither will the way we all pulled together afterwards. Ha......

The reason for the 5' curve was originally to account for a pond which now will not be there. This set up is a loose one that will be remodelled in the next year or 2, at that time I will be using 8' as my minimum curve but I am also working with a area problem, as for now a 10' diameter may be as ......

For this year all I have is LGB, Bachman (Starter sets) and Hartland so the 5' will do for the next few years. i really have little plans (at least for now) of getting much that requires anything larger, but my final plan will be a minimum 8' Diameter with the smaller stuff for my mine and trolley l......
