Ok, so I followed the instructions to reach archived Public Forum threads by "click[ing] here" only to discover the "Topic is locked."  I want to revive a thread I originated under the old scheme.  When will the Public Forum archive be opened?

old topics can not be replied to.

new topics need to be opened here..you can always provide a link back to the old topic and start a new thread with the same name..a few people have already done that.
