| This week I'm in New York. Thanks to the members that had suggestions for me. I ended up going to the Met and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Monday night, I went to the mall here out on Long Island near where I'm staying. Little did I know that I was walking where history was made. This mall was built on an old airfield, the airfield that Lindberg took off in the Spirit of St Louis to fly across the Atlantic. This plaque sits on the spot where the plane left the ground.

As Abe Lincoln once said: "You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time." | |
