About 7 miles of I57 are closed. Lots of power outages.

One passed about 1/4 mile south of my motel.
When the setup crew got to the botanic Sunday AM, they found 3 trains had been left on the track by the Saturday put-away crew. I'm guessing they booked when the tornado sirens went off in Lake County. I would have<img src=" border=0>

Sunday, a huge rainstorm hit the botanic about noon. I got there about 3, and everything was still wet and barely running. By 5, things were getting dried out and starting to behave, except for the silly caterpillar was still derailing. I'd watch for people heading toward it, and go quick and make sure it's going. A few grams of C4 would do it wonders.

The LBG mogul that pulls the circus train passed away. The little motor was spinning, but nothing would go. I put a Heartland Mac on the Circus train.
