The model 9723 is based upon the 1:24 scale model 9703 version and was developed for a customer in Texas who is building a scale indoor layout. This structure introduction furthers PCGRS’s commitment towards working with customers to deliver semi-custom products that garden railroaders and indoor modelers want instead of having to settle for simply what is available! Like earlier structures, the 1:20.3 scale shed is designed for the demanding outdoor use and built from redwood.
