For those of you who don't see USA Today, there was a story about a newspaper photog named David Hobby, who started a blog about how to light photos creatively using simple strobes. The site is called Strobist.com and is great. I had time only to take a peek, but there's so much info there, that you could spend an evening playing around. BTW, the guy is on leave of absence from the Baltimore Sun where he is a staff photographer, so he can play with his blog, which has 200,000 readers and gets 1.6 million page views a month. At this point he's not sure what he wants to do, although since his revenue is more than six figures, I don't know why he wants to stick around The Sun. Anyway, give the site a look.
