A few weeks ago, I posted a link to a pic that showed a young lady working as yard crew in what has traditionally been a male dominated jobplace.  Today, this young lady is shown working on the ground while the engineer handles the switching duties with, of all things, a very much modernized GP-9
 
This would be a good modelling project starting with the fine USAT model ... but note the details including for example those ditchlights (at both ends I might add).  Ditchlights at both ends of all locos who ever travel beyond yard limits became the law in Canada several years ago.
